  Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such customs duties, import taxes and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.   Beverage Directions – Adults: 16 drops in water or juice up to 3 times daily. There are 1440 drops in a 1 oz. bottle. 16 drops per day will last 3 months, 32 drops per day will last 2 months and 48 drops per day will last 1 month. Children: One half of Adult serving. 8 drops per day will last 6 months, 16 drops per day will last 3 months and 24 drops per day will last 2 months.
What are Surfactants?
  The name surfactant is a generic name for a family of over 5,000 products.  IMMUSIST™ is a formulated blend of certain surfactants that reduce surface tension while hydrating and oxygenating the cells.  The human body cannot live without surfactants.  At about six months into gestation the body starts to produce surfactants.  During one’s life time, sickness, disease and pain can compromise this process.  IMMUSIST™ surfactant blends assist the immune system.  For more information please refer to our Products Page.

  When you place an order you receive an email from service@paypal.com with the subject heading "Details on your IMMUSIST™ order" notifying you that your order has been mailed together with a tracking number.  To track your package go to United States Postal Service USPS.com and in the Track & Confirm box type your tracking number.  If you need the tracking number on your order please email ordering@immusist.com and we will send you the tracking information.
How can I track my order that's been mailed?

When I tracked my package there is missing information?
  Sometimes tracking information won't be available. This may be due to the timing of the tracking databases updates by the carrier. If the estimated delivery date for your package has passed and your tracking information hasn't changed, please allow an additional day or two for the package to be delivered. Usually packages arrive on or shortly after estimated delivery date.
How do I Find a missing package that shows as Delivered?
  Tracking information will sometimes show that your package has been delivered, but you haven’t yet received it.
  1. See if someone else accepted delivery
  2. Look around the delivery location
  3. Look for a notice of attempted delivery

Reasons for undeliverable packages?
 

There are many reasons that a package may be returned to us as undeliverable.

  1. Incorrect Address: If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the United States Postal Service or the unintended recipient.
  2. USPS Does Not Deliver to the Address:  United States Postal Service does not deliver to some addresses.  If you have a PO Box address, it’s best to use that address for your IMMUSIST™ orders. 
  3. Failed Delivery Attempts: United States Postal Service makes three attempts to deliver a package.  Packages that contain more than $1,000 of product will always require a signature; otherwise, it is generally up to the driver’s discretion to determine whether a signature is required.  After three attempts, the package will be returned to us.
  4. Damaged During Transit: If a package is damaged on its way to you, the United States Postal Service may return it to us without attempting delivery.
Refused by Recipient:  If the recipient is not expecting a package, they may refuse it if they believe it was sent to them in error.
